At Sova Canada, we are passionate about three things: health, safety, and training! We specialize in helping small and medium-sized businesses. Think of us as your OHS and training consultants on call. We will discuss your needs and help you to build up your OHS program or employee training program. We’ll also be there if you have questions or need to talk to someone with health and safety expertise. In a nutshell, we are here to help you succeed!
Engaging your employees
It helps when you have a team with on-the-ground experience. We don’t just “talk the safety talk” – we’ve lived it. We know that having long safety manuals (that no one reads) doesn’t translate into increased workplace safety. A good OHS program engages employees and shows them the value of working safely. Our goal is to help you develop a safety culture that your employees can stand behind.

We offer safety-related courses and custom employee onboarding training. Most of these are self-paced and online. However, if you have a group and would like in-person training, please reach out to us.
